buddon links Course

The Buddon Links carries the tale of a junior whose wild shot once bounced off an old tank track and somehow finished on the green. The Carnoustie Buddon Course – Carnoustie Golf Links

Burnside Course

A quieter neighbour, the Burnside Course is known for Ben Hogan’s 1953 qualifying round, where locals said he’d already “mapped Carnoustie in his head.” It’s now seen as the thinking golfer’s test — subtle, strategic, and deceptively tough.  The Carnoustie Burnside Course – Carnoustie Golf Links

Championship course

The Championship Course is remembered for Jean Van de Velde’s dramatic 1999 Open moment when he waded into the Barry Burn. Locals still joke that “the Burn claims what it’s owed”. The Carnoustie Championship – Carnoustie Golf Links
